Lara's Smoky Mexi-Que

Robyn and I have spent our entire careers as nurses serving our patients healthcare needs. The Covid pandemic has been difficult for everyone, especially those of us in the healthcare industry. During this time, we've reflected on what is important in our lives. Food has always been a passion for both of us. Our happiest times have been when we have entertained family and friends and served them many of the dishes we enjoy preparing. We know serving others is what truly makes us happy, which is why we decided to open Lara's Smoky Mexi-Que. Our food truck will allow is to travel throughout the community to serve our unique blend of deliciously smoked meats combined with Mexican cuisine.
